- all events before 5 oclock pm is $150
- all events during evening/night the prices is $250
- all weddings/reception consisting on a full day is $500
Is Deposit Refundable?
YES! Security Deposit is Due with the Application/Agreement. The Security deposit is refundable 7 days after event, provided ALL condition of the agreement have been adhered to.
Do you have a kitchen?
Yes, but all food need to be prepared and cooked before Event.
Do you have a Refrigerator?

When is Renter fee due?
Total contract fee must be paid by 5:00 pm on Monday prior to the date the event is scheduled to take place. Failure to pay the the balance in full will result in a $20/day late until the balance is paid in full.
How much will I pay for an extra hour?
$100 each hour.
How can I set an appointment to see Venue?
Can I bring in Alcohol?

Will I have to clean after Event?
Yes, You must clean all tables before your scheduled time and empty trash barrel into trash receptacle provided and return them to their original location. The floor should be free from your all trash and debris.Bathrooms are to be tidy. Parking lot area in front of the facility must be free from trash and cluster.Immediately remove all outfield bodily fluids, bloodvomit from any part of the rental premises area.The kitchen,if used as part of the written agreement must be clean,all personal items will be removed and the floor must be swept.
Can I have an option to leave my items and trash?
Yes! With an additional fee starting from $150 depending on the facilities situation.

Will I need to have a police officer/License with insurance Security REQUIRED at my event?
Yes. Depending on the type of event such as Private parties or any Events with alcohol beverages.
